    255 85R16s on 16 Inch Split rims

When I ran splits, I used the same size tube for 235, 255 and 7.50R16. The tube expands and contracts within a certain size range.

    Stolen FJ62

Been there before with the stolen rig. Keep hope alive. I got mine back. I'll keep my eyes pealed in the Inland Empire of southern California.

What did you do with your 60 this weekend?

Looks familar. I was surprised too when I replaced mine last fall.

What did you do with your 60 this weekend?

I think thats a manufacturing problem. I'd explore the manufacturers warranty. View the BFGoodrich Tire Warranty | BFGoodrich Tires - https://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/assistance/standard-limited-warranty

What did you do with your 60 this weekend?

My ol' stompin' grounds. Makes me miss the Caldera. Heres a picture of me driving in the Caldera before it was a national park:

Camping with your 60/62 thread.... ready go:

60s can carry a lot, but it looks like that horse wants to get in. An equine of excellent estimation....

What did you do with your 60 this weekend?

Did some rock-hounding near the Salton Sea (for metavolcanic called "Wonderstone") and Myer Valley in Imperial County (Petrified wood). After loading the vehicle with probably about 1000 lbs of rock, the suspension was noticeably lower in the rear. If that's what it takes to get the...

FJ62 Road Trip - Phoenix to Des Moines

Sweet rig, happy trails. My old man was a over the road trucker and he says the best way to enjoy the beauty of this country is to get off the interstate; they all look the same.

    Wheels that work, part numbers

We all know that these 70 series wheels work, but I thought I'd post up the pics anyway. They have 255 85R16 Cooper Discoverer STs on them and are held up by the complete Dobinson Suspension system for the HJ61 that I recently had installed.

Not exactly sure, but its on southbase, near the old navy station.

What did you do with your 60 this weekend?

And another one from Vandenburg Airforce Base. I post it only because there are so many videos out there of people going up a mild hill on a dirt road and they think that is "serious off road driving". An FJ60 seems to make roads like this to be child's play.

What did you do with your 60 this weekend?

This was a couple weekends ago on the southern part of Vandenburg Airforce Base. Not many people get to see this part of the California coastline. Million dollar views....

    Dobinsons Suspension: Any thoughts?

The Dobinsons complete kit on my 60 ride decent but I hope they'll break in a bit more. I've had them on less than 1K miles. Its the HJ61 kit with the heavy shocks (GS59-637). I've very happy with the carrying capacity though. What used to completely bottom out the old stock suspension now works...

Do you have a long-term use report? I'm thinking of going this direction when I replace my 16" splits. Thanks,

What mechanics do the H55f conversion in an Fj62 in SoCal?

I'll highly recommend my mechanic, Mike Francis at Rock Solid Offroad aka RSO Performance. He's in San Jacinto and does great work at a reasonable rate. He speaks FJ62 as well. Recently he had his FZJ80/40/55 "Sniper" on the cover of 4WD Toyota Monthly. His number is (951)654-5404, not the (909)...

Mine wasn't failing but I recently replaced mine with an LED assembly from Odd Iron Offroad in GA. Works great. At night it makes like daylight in the cabin.
