    12HT aftermarket water temp location?

    Hey guys. I mounted my temp sensor here on my 12HT (swapped in a 40). I’m getting idling temps of 185-190F and driving temps (flat ground, 2000-2,500rpm) of almost 210F. Do you think it’s the sensor location? Thoughts?

    I dont have a 24v 40 series tach, but I do have a 24v HJ61 tach for the 12HT (it will have the little red and green turbo indicator lights at the bottom). You could probably make it work in the 40 series housing you have. The gauge and sending unit are the difficult parts for me to find in 12v

    Ok so after a 45 minute drive, the oil pressure gauge is at the 1/3 area of the LOWEST third (if that makes sense it's about 1/9 of the full gauge at 500rpm idle)
