    Inexpensive medium weight jacket

I have a NorthFace 3 in 1 that I think I may just bring the shell with. It’s waterproof. Has vents I can unzip. Not a bad coat. Just not loving the new NF stuff and was looking for an excuse to spend money... I tried this one on in the store yesterday. This is the one I was thinking of...

    Inexpensive medium weight jacket

Update: still haven’t puked the trigger on a jacket. But I THINK I know which one I’m going to get. I’m also planning on layering (I normally do anyway...) since the temps will be around 40F while there but can fluctuate.

    Alternate Fridge suggestions

I haven’t looked but will assume I’ll have to fab a shelf to “level” out that are. Hopefully there is a way to bolt it to that. Otherwise I’ll make the shelf with walls on the side to come up a ways to hold it. I’ll figure something out. It definitely won’t be a simple plug and play.

    Inexpensive medium weight jacket

I generally don’t have a problem spending my money on good things I just was having a hard time justifying spending the money because I wear a Lowe’s NorthFace every day for work.

Kuhl makes good sh!t. I have some of their pants. I think I’ve resigned myself to spending a little bit more and getting something better, like Kuhl.

    Inexpensive medium weight jacket

I like the look and function of these type. My main reason for getting one is a trip my daughter and I are taking in March to Sweden and Norway. My trusty NorthFace jacket is no longer water proof/resistant. My other two NorthFace jackets I got from work so they have company logos on them. Don’t...

    Inexpensive medium weight jacket

Anyone have a recommendation for an inexpensive ($50ish) medium weight jacket? Something that is comfortable, flexible, water resistant, etc. I’ve had multiple NorthFace jackets but just not impressed with the newer ones. Just not the same quality as the one I got 15 years ago. Don’t want to...

    Multi-Tool

I have the Gerber one on the top that you posted. I keep it in my 93 in the arm rest. It’s fine. I actually like the pliers on my Leatherman better because they are spring loaded. The Gerber was also more than twice the cost.

    Alternate Fridge suggestions

This is the one that I am going to put to replace my center console in my 93 80. I have an Edgestar 80L. It's "fine". Don't love it but it works. It's just too big and it's an energy hog. I will partner it with a 40L+/- Engel or ARB...

Storage solution for Scepter NATO fuel spout

I use the “swing it” method as well. Then I wrap the threaded end with the black nitrile globe I used while fueling. Then I stuff it in the wheel well opening on top where the jack and tool kit go. I’m not concerned about a little dirt.

    Small 12v Fridge/Freezer

I have an 80 at Edgestar. While it is nice, occasionally, to fit 3 cases + of water in it it is also too tall and a pain in the azz most times.

Edgestar fridge not running off battery...

Yesterday I grabbed a spare battery and my factory 12v plug. I cut the cig lighter off of it long ago and put battery clamps from an old charger on it. Plugged that in and ran off the battery not connected to the truck. It cooled all day, no issues. Still going to open it up and tighten...

Edgestar fridge not running off battery...

Had a spare 30 seconds today so I jiggled the plug while it was in the outlet. I could get the voltage to change on the display by jiggling it. And it has worked “normal” this afternoon. Sounds like I am pulling it apart this weekend and checking all of the connections. Has anyone changed the...

Edgestar fridge not running off battery...

Yeah, I already have an Anderson plug from generic plug going out to my rear quarter panel. @NLXTACY made it. And the wiring going from their to my Blue Sea fuse panel. I don’t particularly like the 80 qt. It’s too big for my tastes. But it holds a crap ton of water. Would be good for my son...

Edgestar fridge not running off battery...

Not yet. Planning on pulling it this weekend and checking all connections. I’ve seen some sh!t about the low voltage cut off not being accurate and cutting off too soon. Installing a resistor to trick it. That might be beyond my level of expertise. Hopefully I can figure it out. Want to move...

Edgestar fridge not running off battery...

my 80 Qt Edgestar doesn’t seem to want to run off battery, all of a sudden. More specifically, it will run off battery but appears to cut off before the low voltage cut off should. Anyone have any suggestions? I’m not the most electrically inclined. I’ve read a few posts on ExPo about a...
