Because, we all love projects! Thanks for the explanation. I recall removing the solenoid mounted to the original canister. I kept it but I'm betting it wont work correctly with the Delco. I'm gonna pick one up and plumb it in.
I do not have this purge valve added to my canister either. What is the problem with keeping it how it was, or rather the benefit to pulling vapor under advance? I am going to add this if its needed.
I already have one of the Lloyd mats in the cargo area, I think I'll order the ones for the front of the cabin as well. Really like how well they are made. From your pics, it looks like the front ones fit very well too.
I'm just not a huge fan of their speakers. They do a good job with fitment, just dont sound that great. Their headunits are pretty awesome though. Had my door cards been as nice as yours I probably would have kept my speakers behind the cards as well. The inclinometer work out ok?
Mine is higher as well. I used a rod, just like Dustin...except I liked the fit better a little shorter. What I failed to realise that I had moved the pedal upwards in making my rod measurement. I'll be going back in and making a longer rod sometime soon.
It finishes out even nicer with the insulator covering up the intake for the added heat protection. I should have bought a new one instead of cutting down my original because it was cracked. I may go back and install a new one.
@woytovich how again did you stop your leak? I have one as well at the block off plate. Not big time, but I didnt use rtv either. I'd have ran the man a fre one but they were out of stock at the time so I used one from Jegs.
Exactly the same. I'm trying to be respectful to his build thread, that is all. I had a ton of questions for him, and a few others who have done it. Although I had the luxury of bothering him (and the others!) by phone.🤣
We can take this to PMs if youd like, as to not tie up Dustin's build thread. I just fought some similar issues for a week or better with fuel delivery and fuel quality.
@woytovich I'll get under mine this morning sometime and check for you. The thread you posted with the pickup tubes posted, I believe is correct. I will verify for you.
Jesus. I just finished my Sniper. The lines gave me issues because previous owner of my 60 had already cut the lines and installed an electric pump under the hood, however..he used the return line to feed it. This have me fits.
