To help hide saw cuts you can get some aluminum "U" channel extrusions and just cap the ends of all your cuts that are exposed. Power tools you should have to make it much easier would be a drill (prefer a variable speed, reversible with 3/8" minimum chuck) and circular hand saw. I can't find...- Words: 110
