   Since you have post-April 85, you can do an H55 without having to change driveshafts or move trans crossmember.

   Will it Work? FJ62 Frame on a FJ60

   All is the same except for the location of the transmission crossmember changed in April '85 as they removed the spacer from the H42 in the later years. You should be good to go. I wouldn't worry about the value at this point, but would check your registration rules in your state regarding VIN...
