I struck out on this in the past. Will be interested to see what you find. I think the top curved part of the door card has staples folded flat on the back face, you'll need something long enough to go right through, but sturdy enough the drive through the metal and the door card, or an...

FreeCAD seems to be plenty functional. Been trying to learn myself how to use it. Fusion360 uses too much memory for rendering everytime something on the screen changes. ( on my old computer its unusable) FreeCAD doesn't require a fraction of the memory Fusion360 does FreeCAD let's you import...

If you can produce a decent CAD file that can be shared, it would be appreciated by many. Or, make some cash on the side . . . Agreed. That is the cheapest, shìttiest, no self-respectin' look possible!

What are you looking to achieve? Adjusting this screw in takes some play out of the steering box. But you need to check you have a full range of steering rotation without the box binding Most the wear occurs near centre position, if you over tighten as the steering box is near full lock it may...

Definitely agree with the comment on renewing the entire cooling system in one hit if you can. Thermostats can fail in a number of ways. They can open too late. Open, but not fully. Open too slowly. They can completely fall apart. They can fail to open.

8" rim is good for 35s IMO. No way I would run a 12.5" rim. Too wide a rim and you'll break the bead on tyres offroad far more easily. I had 33s on 10" rims on my first 80. Had regular issues breaking the bead and losing air, or getting twigs stuck in the bead. Changed to 8" rims, same set of...
