Haven't been in the 60 section in a bit - glad I saw some updates! Swap has come along beautifully! Glad to see you got it running, congratulations!

I'll have to try out the POR15 next, always on the hunt for a good direct to metal paint. Does it lay on thick like an epoxy?

Ha! Looking at your knuckle rebuild is definitely identical....where'd you get the little red plug caps?

Unfortunately you can't swap output flanges but a new replacement for the front is only available aftermarket...rear is still available from Toyota. $65-100 roughly. Also for aluminum, look into vapor blasting, its the best finish and really brightened up my t-case halves when I did it. From...

Funny you made these, I was just starting to design the exact same thing. I'm curious if a version could be done to adapt 6.5's

Nice work, I especially enjoy the proper terminals and incorporation of aftermarket harness. If you ever become super anal, a few 70s honda restoring sites have the yellow zinc terminals...I bought some when I was wiring my harley up so I could have spares for the truck. You going to solid...

LS seems like a good move, parts are everywhere and plenty of power. Progress looks great!

That's cool you have access to one, never had the opportunity to mess with a brake. Truck looks killer! I can't wait until the day I take mine out of commission from daily driving to do this.

Exactly what I had to do as well, pretty odd. Though for the price it isn't bad at all. Wish the original manufacturer would pump out replacements.
