    Are you going to be running any of the factory warning lights? I had a buddy make up a few aluminum business card blanks as a warning light panel and zapped it on his fiber laser. I drilled them and added 3mm LEDs, which I think look nice.

    You know it kind of hurts that you are further along with your conversion than I am with mine... considering I started before you! :) Also, Jeje would like you to share your wiring diagram for the diff locks.

    That's awesome, Cim. It must be nice having an asset like Joe in the area. You would be spending 1,500+ hours on body work if you tried to straighten that mess out. Sounds like all you need now are a hood and cab top.

    Wow. And I thought the floor plan and firewall were the only unmolested bits left on that cab. ...at least the firewall is in good shape, right?

    Holy smokes, that's a lot of work! That alkaline dust is a nightmare. Every inch of the engine and transmission were coated in a thick layer of it. Anything that was aluminum was corroded by it and it took a lot of effort to remove it. Oddly enough, I found that soda blasting took most of it...

    Can’t wait to see how this project progresses, Cimarron. Glad it arrived - I would say unscathed, but that seems a little silly. Lol. Did all the pieces and parts show up OK? I was afraid the driver was going to try to remove the top and windshield to stay under 14 foot.
