   Fuel Starvation and Capacitive Discharge // 97 LX450

   Yes. The ECU can be reset by pulling the 15 amp EFI MAIN fuse OR by removing either battery terminal OR by unplugging and removing the ECU itself. They all accomplish the exact same thing.
