I would look at those injectors first.
The 3FE ECU fires 2 groups of 3 injectors. Bank 1 is 1,2,3 and bank 2 is 4,5,6. Since 2 and 4 are on different banks, it is likely that these injectors are stuck/clogged or otherwise buggered.
