    Are the meats or the peppers the problem? This batch was admittedly way meatier than most. But I thought Texans scoffed at beans in their chili ?!? I matched the meats with fresh Pablano Anaheim cubanelle peños and dried ancho pequin and guajillo peppers. Day six here. I’m over chili lol...

    This little new/used Coleman ‘oven’ Was $25 Well spent. Retails for $50 normally but biscuits n gravy in the woods has its price :)

    No smoke here. Liquid flame?!? But thats just killing idle time aka making me late. Roasted balsamic green beens n shrooms. Shallots garlic and carrot for good measure.
