Pork fried rice (using left over ribs from New Years), shrimp spring rolls (using left over boiled shrimp from New Year’s Eve), and peanut sauce (using peanut butter and stuff):
Pretty sure you could get a full (~8 lb) butt on there...the grate is 13”. What I’m not sure about, though, is whether it’ll hold enough charcoal to cook for 10+ hours. Gonna have to do some testing.
I've got to do it. I've had the gasket for a while...just been putting it off. Did you take the lid completely off or were you able to get that surface clean with it still attached?
