If you have a trip coming up that quickly just bolt in fresh 80 ends for now.

what is the travel F/R on those shocks? I might be interested. Bolt-to-bolt lengths extended and compressed for both?

Yep, you can cut/modify them however you want. I never understood why anyone does the tubular hoops for anything other then coilovers that need a brace over the engine, they’re huge, take a bunch of cab time and have zero advantages

I don't see why you'd have any issue with sway bar mounts, here's pics on my build thread on this page, keep in mind mind are mounted more forwards on the frame (closer to the steering box) because I moved my front axle about 3.5" forwards from stock...

my favorite shock hoops are the F250 mounts Dorman 523-054, sold as a pair, grind off your existing mount rivets, weld these on, done in an hour per side. Minor clearancing of the inner wheel well required. Clean and easy.

if that's the case, call one of those companies and get shocks set up custom.

remote reservoir's are really only benefitting you if you are doing higher speed stuff with faster shock shaft speeds, they don't hurt but don't feel that you have to have them If you call a company such as Accutune, Filthy Motorsport or Downsouth Motorsports they will set you up with custom...

Which 4runner calipers are you talking about? There's a big difference between early and late 4runner and early/late tundra stuff

Do you still have the vacuum booster or have you stepped up to hydroboost yet? Can’t believe you’ve been on stock front brakes this whole time.

I forgot to mention make sure you use some nice soft mounting bushings for that radiator. Aluminum radiators get a bad rap on here mostly because everyone mounts them too ridgidly

Call 4x4labs and ask about his steering arms. Way nicer then the Fail Gear

Glad to hear you had such positive results. There's about a dozen sets of Toyo 37x12.5 in varying condition in the $5-600 for sale locally here I've been eyeballing.

That is a good deal. Also on the heights remember your current tires are loaded with the weight of the truck and those Toyo's are unmounted with zero load so they will likely be close to the same height when loaded.

I’ve heard those Toyos are heavy but they’ll probably be lighter then what you have now and quieter. Looking forward to hearing what you think as I’ve been looking into tires recently.

Any reason you didn't go with ARP studs? Or are you going to use them with 6-stud knuckles? You could also look into the FROR keyed steering arms by the way.

I think if you could get that down to about 100lbs a corner you would see a drastic improvement in the way the truck drives. Loosing rotating mass is a huge benefit. It would accelerate better, stop better, and steer better. I think you could do this most regular 37" mud tires and an aluminum...
