    well, as a data point, my motor was also brand spanking new tight as a tick and my oil pressure still never gets that high.

    One thing i noticed from your pic a couple pages back is that your oil pressure is high! Mine never goes that high, not even on start-up. Maybe there is a correlation?

    I haven't changed out my knock sensors yet, they are original. So far i don't notice any spark knock. But I have been considering it since i'm getting a little hesitation around 2,000 rpm that i have no clue why. It does almost feel like the timing is cutting back.

    I'm not really sure to be honest. I purchased mine NIB from a mud member who purchased it NIB from cdan. Didn't install it and it was just before the very last edition went back into production. So it is at least a Gen 3 i would guess.

    I must say just for kicks and giggles, i really don't run the AC much. But, the other day when it was 95degrees here, i was cruising on the highway with the AC on running 75mph and my water temps were around 195.

    I can't help but wonder about that radiator.... Also, didn't you do stuff to your exhaust manifold? Is that all stock?

    Man this is crazy! Your truck and mine are very similar and i'm not having any overheating issues. I am running stock everything for the most part other than a Cometic MLS head gasket and ARP head studs. Stock radiator, thermostat, fan that came with supercharger......
