    Appears normal to me. As long as those makrs are superficial, you're good. Can you catch fingernal on them? Double check the oickup tube screen nut, it looks loose. Good time to clean the screen while you're in there.

    It shouldn't affect the mechanical function of the clutch. Since line pressure remains unchanged you're spreading the pressure over a slightly larger slave cylinder bore diameter which will increase the force by about 15%. What is the bore diameter of the 74'+ Master?

    I would HIGHLY recommend torquing the transmission output shaft nut to 150 ftlbs minimum.     For the step to fender issue, I would suggest a 3d printed part. Cheap, paintable if you wish, You will need a wedge washer like the PTO winch uses on the inside of the front fender, can 3d print that too.
