    Yes, i've looked through the EWD's. I dont think the wires that connect to the throttle body (idle control and TPS) would cause the truck to misfire in 3 cylinders, so i dont think i need to touch those. It's been my experience as well that the injector wires are usually the ones to go first...

    Buying a project truck 1000 miles away. Seller's description leads me to believe that the engine wiring harness is cooked/damaged. It's misfiring on 3 cylinders, but runs. My plan is to fab up a quick "emergency bypass" wiring harness, that would bypass the critical wiring in the main harness...
