    I've got two dealers locally. One said $16.95 the other said $10.99. I said to the higher priced guy "Hmmm, you're $6 a bulb higher than either John Deer online or the other dealership thats across town. I'd prefer to buy off you because you're a little closer... but not $6 a bulb closer."...

    I'm thinking it's a lot like brake pads and gas mileage... where longevity depends a lot on the operator. You must be flicking your's wrong :flipoff2:.

    For what it's worth, my 100W hella high beams have been in for over two years now. The 80W low beams blew around 15 months. I'll be ordering the HIR lows from a local dealer soon.

    You should of known something was up when the e-bay guy responded to the inquiry about whether he still had the bulbs and could "honor" the old price. I think the response was something to the effect.... "LOL.., yeh I can do that for ya".
