    The rear main was much easier than I thought it would be to do. But the worst job even on the engine stand is taking the oil pan gasket off.

    Glad to see someone else resorting to cutting. Always makes me nervous but sometimes you dont have a choice.

    what wiper arms are you running? also I am leaning towards putting a soft top on mine in the winter.... Still have not decided If I am going oem style or bestop. I keep leaning to bestop since it can be folded down for top down fun. But I might be cold if I do this.

    I ended up using rustoleum Saten nickel on my fj40 seat frames when I re did them. Turned out nice. Of course it was not 100% factory correct but it was close! I cant remember who but sombody on mud recommended it. For a patina rig it looked the part...

    Thanks a bunch! Between you and @wngrog I got the wiring done. these headlights are the best upgrade. also amazing for the price!
