    Sweet. Those are the rims I was trying to find in 17s. Couldn’t find them and forgot about joekatana…such is life. I’m always on the lookout for them to get rid of my spacers.

    Personally I wouldn’t use scotch brite pads anywhere near open ports on an engine. That Abrasive dust is bad getting in the oil and ports.

    Yep, might as well. You hopefully only have it out once. Although I rebuilt mine, I decided to clean, paint it all as well. I torqued the harmonic balancer while it was in the vehicle and in gear.

    I would redo injectors and pump. Start fresh.

    Here is pages from my manual in 88. Doesn’t show anything in that spot that I can find. fan speed, and thermostat isnwhat they call those.

    This is what was done on mine to make room for arb switches. Move the dimmer up to that panel, it’s a pain there when you remove the whole unit.
