5lb bone-in Boston butt in the slow cooker for 10 hours. I emptied the pantry into the crockpot - one chopped onion, jerk seasoning, montreal seasoning, red pepper, worchestershire, mustard, peach balsamic and apple cider vinegar. Came out great.

Ethically harvested mushroom soup was added and toasted slivered almonds
Rosemaried, roasted sweet potatoes with a sprinkle of Chinese five spice
Milk-brined, panko battered & pan fried chicken breast
What I call browned snap beans and shiitakes (toasted sesame oil with a bit of bacon drippings) and chix breasts skillet fried in butter with Chinese five-spice and Japanese togorarashi pepper.
Made this Paula Deen cheeseburger meatloaf the other night. Turned out pretty damn good. Kitty is not of fan of meatloaf, but she liked this one a lot. Mushroom cheese sauce in the pan.
