I'd consider painting the outside of those spacers. The metal on mine rusts and I live in a very low rust area. It looks crappy next to Aisin hub locks.
Yes I do, installed along with the Dobinson suspension. In my case I'm pretty sure its coming from the rear end. It's in the driveline, not the tcase or driveshaft or apparentlybtye dang pinion flange. I have new wheels and newish tires, balanced and rotated. Out-of-balance drums? Pinion...
Thank you.
My ‘98 didn’t have a rear locker, and I never remember the light grinding between low and high. But it was years ago. Neither with the ‘03 I also had.
I'm suspicous about a turbo that was too small killing your 6.5. Because those things commit suicide often regardless of the turbo. I have run many experiments myself with turbo sizing and purposefully fitted a turbo that caused drive pressure to be 4x boost. 60psi drive pressure for 15psi...

Sure, they fit. But the offset is non-starter in my mind for the compromises it brings. I'd encourage you to look at offset between +30 to +45.
Many new to the hobby don't appreciate the importance of good offsets, but the dynamic impacts are severe when going this aggressive.
