    Update- I have been driving the truck everyday for the last 2 weeks and have no issues. The JB weld is holding and the head is not leaking coolant. Truck is running good and no issues at the moment.

    Ok so problem solved I pulled the head today and the valve seat for cylinder 4 exhaust port was destroyed and all the yummy pieces have embedded themselves into the top of the piston.
