   1971 fj40 oil pressure water temp gauges

   So I’ve got a 71 fj40 with sbc350. The oil pressure and water temp gauges aren’t working on it. How can I determine if it’s the gauges or the sensors on the motor itself. Also it has a silver speedo gauge that’s not correct for my year or is it?

   Registering out of state vehicle in California

   Hi guys was wondering if you guys know how easy it would be to register an out of state truck pre 1975 with and engine swap. I know pre 75 doesn't require a smog but being the truck is out of state wouldn't it require a trip to the chp. Basically I'm interested in finding an fj45 but it has a v8...
