Depends if they are coming off a 2wd or 4wd. You need the 6x5.5 bolt pattern.
4wd pickups had 6x5.5, same as your FJ40
2wd pickups had 5x4.5
Backspacing will matter also, Fj40 is 3.5" or 3.75", can't remember.
