Funny how I can months after still think of that piece of junk and wonder where she is.

Guess I miss it quite a bit, was for sure not nice to drive, but so fun and just "felt" right...
Shame I was right and they are extremely...
Yes, it happens, it is just life some times it likes to challenge us a bit, it will all work out in the end or at least so far it have done for me ;)
Don't mean that I cant feel very bummed about it :p
Money plain and simpel, or rather some very unexpected bills that with my economy I will be paying month by month till around 2022 :bang:
Leaving me enough to live but surely not enough to own a car really :(
And the fact is she needs new tires, and I don't trust the radiator for long, and road...
How it looks currently, really sad and used looking...
I have no more plans with it, some issues means I will simply not be able to afford it :(
So time to say "Rust in peace":beer:
My cat Leo is having the most use of the HJ60 these days...

Well, the passenger seat is one of those double seats, we call them a "turbo" seat here because they really belong in the 61 here ;)
So technically it seats two passengers, but they better have small behinds :p

Plan to keep her in the garage for a month or two.
That time I will fix some rust and what else I can find to do that dont cost to much money.
I do...
Thanks mongoose,
Yes, always many things with old trucks like these.
Pretty sure I have read the threat about your HJ60 a few times, it looks nice too and you have a lot nicer interior then I do :)
And is of course blessed with the rear seat, something we have to pay 3 times the road tax for...
Petoors said what I thought but did not dare say as such a newbie here.
Unless you love the 60- series you should probably go for the newer one.
Should be easier to get parts and is also likely to be in a better condition, at least here the newer would have less rust issues but think maybe not...
How about a really bad YouTube video doing a walk around it?
Yes, surely I must try to link that :p
And maybe a view of the engine running?
Ok ok, I will stop with the useless posts now, I promise.
Think the hunk of rust is introduced well anyway
Here is a picture of it next to the old Mercedes I had when I bought it.
I just love how big it is, was always feeling so small in that little lowered Mercedes ;)
Hi hj 60,
Thanks for the manual, I collected many here since I was lurking for about 5 years, but think your one is one I did not have.
And you are very right with the steering, was actually one of the first things I looked at, but seems good, have not had it taken apart but the normal tests...
