Looking for a mechanic in the Charlotte area who works on 1976 TR-6 cars. Friend in the area needs his gone through before selling.
Thanks for any help.
I have a process in that I have two pipes held together , the metal lays on top and a third pipe on top of the metal. This way the metal is hit evenly by the third pipe. Push the metal to create the curve you need.
We all find ways to make it look good.

Thanks for the vapor film. I will pass the extra on to the next person if the ‘79 I am looking to purchase falls through.
My ‘82 vapor was cut for speakers and needed replacing.
Gotta love the way this forum works.

I ended up using my old rain gutter as a template. Turned it upside down and laid new pieces on it, clamped, tacked. Old was in good enough shape for that. Sounds like you have one to work off of.
Good luck.
New in box. This 13x13’ popup does well. I have one that I used all last summer doing my front wall. Goes up and down pretty good. Better the more it is worked. Two people better, one, just more exercise. Ended up with this extra one.
Pick up or I do get to Charlotte and Cary once in awhile...
Not sure if I have posted these before. I looked back a few pages. Anyway, according to a person we know, they do not appear to have been used.
