Lift is irrelevant, as you can jack from the axle rather than the frame. But you should be good with 35" tires to still jack from the axle in the rear and from the control arm in the front. That's how I do it. Obviously only good for one corner at a time.
Also, consider getting a LCP jack...

I'd want to see more pictures, but that looks relatively serviceable from what I can see. You can replace LCA's and the transmission skid. I'd want to see the AHC hardware, which will be more problematic to fix than what's in the pictures.
If you're happy with the 100, just keep driving it. You don't need to spend $27k for blind spot monitoring, you have mirrors and a neck that turns. You don't need radar cruise, you have eyeballs.
