Good looking rig! Your suspension will settle a bit overtime and you might find a few adjustments are in order (namely with the front) to get the height, firmness, and cruiser lean all ironed out. Since I'm local to you feel free to reach out and we can wrench or talk shop.
Copied from another thread but
I have an 06 TLC in Katy with 126K on the clock, owned since 93k and 2012. Brakes, tranny fluid around 113k. Timing belt done at 101k along with power steering flush. It's blue and has some wear and tear for being almost 11 years old but very dependable and cleans...

It sold however we had agreed to a price beneath the Craigslist price. As I stated before, I can't blame the guy for trying to get more for it but didn't take the opportunity to see it before that occurred.
Much appreciated Austin Hot Shoe. Not sure if you've seen it but there is a Slee rear bumper for a 100 for sale in Austin. Asking is $2500 which is pretty close to new without shipping but appears to be open to offers. If the wife would let me mod her 100 I'd be all over it.
Spoke with the owner several times. Had agreed on a price and time to come see it and he upped the price on me. Can't blame him but prevented me from making the drive to see it.
Appears to look nicer in the pictures than you describe. How bad is the rust spot on the tailgate, any concerns with it spreading? Underneath looks very clean from a rust perspective but there is an awful lot of 'wet' in a few of the pictures. Unsure if it's oil or tire spray.
Second the advice to stay away as I've spoken to him via text a few times now. Keeps saying there are buyers coming, will get back to you, vague about the trucks mechanicals and history.
