Lots of interest if the scoop, but no questions on the really clever bit the computer you built
It is great bit of kit that stops you having to have lots of independent gauges, for atf temp, aux battery control and voltages, adjusted speed for larger tyres and control of when the fans switch on
I had mine cut and and extensions welded in, basically an extension tube that has the same internal diameter as the external diameter as the sway bar, drops it about 2"
Really helps with both handling and axle articulation
As Wildsmith suggested on our Euro forum, perhaps with RCV tooling up for 100 series how about with 11.5" wide tires, longer drive shafts, upper and lower arms we could finally make long travel front end kits for the 100 series
Hi, I am after 4.30 front and rear ring and pinion gears for a 100 series cruiser. Maybe somebody has them in the garage after a 4.88 regear.
There is one slight issue, I am in the UK, I know shipping is going to be pretty costly
Please PM if you are interested in selling
Thanks
I have 2" remote reservoir dampers, 6.5" fronts, the rears are converted jeep units, 10" travel shafts retrofitted, so they are pin tops eye bottoms. I also have the 8 clicker rebound adjusters.
How about a gear bag, maybe a tough nylon to keep stuff like tow straps, shackles, jack off tool etc. To make recovery simple without having to get into the car?
Do you think a double jerry can holder?
How about a work bench or facility to mount a small vise for repairs when out in the field...
