There’s a few different variations of those ac hose adapters on ebay. Some USA made. Do you know if the original hoses had sealing washers or o rings that go in a groove on the tube? Any numbers on that compressor, make/model?

Here we are 10 years later! Wow! Not a whole lot has changed on the cruiser. We don’t really get to use it too much, Christmas trees and a couple camping trips a year. But I really really want to finish what I started.

I just read your thread over the last week. Just have to say beautiful cruiser man. I sooo wanted to do the h55f swap in my 62 but at the time the chevy power transplant was cheaper so i went for it. Keep up the good work man!
That big gash on the bottom of the bottom of the driver side fender is from the fire. A tree fell and threw a piece of metal at it. Kinda crazy, just thankful it didn't hit a window.
Started a front bumper with a winch. Maxxis Trepador 37" radials. Need to finish front and rear bumpers, spare tire swing out. Roof rack. Re gear the axles, rebuild the trans. As it sat for 3 years it got the first crack in the dashboard:mad::mad::mad:. It's been nice to read the whole thread...
Finally starting to settle back into home. We rebuilt after the camp fire, THE CRUISER SURVIVED!!!!!!! Some damage but all in all it made it. The fire burned through my town, not leaving much behind. I rushed home in my work truck and gathered what I could as I was not prepared for this at all...
Still not painted but new rims and tires. I have rock sliders to weld on, adapters to buy, going back to the cruiser rear axle. Just got a computer back, haven't had one in over a year. I'll get some pics up soon.
