I love your comments @wngrog
I am guessing you and me would get along great 👍
About the same level of crusty
I can tell based on that perfectly manicured hand in the above
I’ve followed many of your builds here
But that dark/rootbeer brown 60 is particularly tasty..
I haven’t owned a 6x yet...
Don’t do it
Put a dual master on
we lived 100 years like this and didn’t die or need to overly modernize old iron out of a catalog cause it’s maybe harder than a catalog
Drums are fine
Maintenance is maintenance
Single circuit brakes with or without discs or drums are what they are
100%
The one I regret the most @ClemsonCruiser
But honestly didn’t have a choice
My wife is coming up on 5 years on 2/14/2024 coming home post surgery as a glioblastoma survivor surgery chemo again radiation etc etc …a “terminal” brain tumor with median 15 months survival

You know what’s a lot harder than freeze plugs?
Bearing clearances and little things like piston rings
Disregard the horns
I found a set of 69 and earlier high low elephant horns I had and just quick fabbed two brackets to adapt to the 70 and 71 location
I like elephant horns
