    1HD-T Vacuum

not 100% No I am not 100% but I had a guage at the booster connection and right off the pump and there is just not enough vacuum to brake, about 1.5 - 5 in.hg.. also tested at the VSV idle switch and only getting 1.5in.hg. at idle, the switch actuates at 5in.hg. So if I rev the crap out of it...

    The official 1HDT Intercooler thread

I understand it makes perfect sense to me as well but there is a vaccum line attached to the original crossover and it is listed in the FSM as well. How much vacuum should the pump be making? i disconnected from the intercooler and connected a gauge and I'M getting 5-6.5 in. hg. Could it just...

    The official 1HDT Intercooler thread

Ok the only change I made was the intercooler? The original line that came off the crossover tube was just moved to the intercooler side tank? you can just see it in the pics. The line goes from the intercooler to the injection pump and then the vacuum can eventually

Looks great For those of you not wanting to cut your stock bumpers, Jason at Crusin off road has made a beautiful rear carrier that doesn't damage the bumper at all and the truck I seen it on had a 35" hanging off of it. I think he charged a bit more but that was the first one he built as a...
