I had low, rough idle and low rpm's. When you would be in park and rev the engine. The rpm's wodnt move till around 2400 rpm. Then very slowly climb and as soon as you let off on gas the needle on gauge would fall all the way back down. The same would happen when I drove it. The oil Preasure...
Idle is at 600 rpm's and oil Preasure is rite on. Best it's looked in awhile. Main thing seemed to be cleaning the bung that two small emission hoses pluged into. I also shot that sea foam into intake manifold from there. Amazing how the PCV and EGR system have direct affect with the oil Preasure.
Took all hoses and bungs off of intake manifold as well as PCV and sprayed with sea foam. I got 200 more rpm's and my oil Preasure is up. Where does the brass colored pipe go that comes out of the back of the EGR. Is it worth pulling the EGR to clean?
Thanks. That will be my next step. It ran better when it was bleeding oil. Now I have rough idle, no high rpm's at start up and low oil Preasure. Super frustrated
