Try an after market fuel pressure regulator. I bought mine from napa years ago for $20. Set it to 1.5 psi and I've never had any problems with my weber.
just paint them. rustoleum makes a hammerite finish that's looks really good. after a decade in UT I only had to touch mine up once or twice over the years.
If you were in Chico I'd be willing to lend a hand. However, it's not much harder than changing a flat tire. Just dig in and before you know it you're done.
What matters most is that you like it and it works for you. maybe it's the angle of the pictures, but I'd rather see the exo tighter to the body and follow the lines of the body more. looking forward to a trail report with pictures to see how well it worked for you on the trail.

I'm not too fond of the front end, I think it's the look of the large hoops but all that matters is that you like it. I'd also rather have an internal cage, but I'll reserve final judgment on the exo until you have it completed. I do like your sliders and rear bumper.

little moab is really SMALL.....hence the "little" in the name. If you don't live in Salt Lake or Provo county it is not worth the drive IMHO. Even though the wheelin is easier I enjoyed playing up in American Fork Canyon much more. Congrats on your upgrade to the LC.
there is a reason an owner of an FJ would want to trade for a FZJ. Our rigs rock! I'd stick with the current and get some new seat covers and slap on some paint. That motor should still be good for another 100-200k.
