Anybody need any Aussie Lockers for an FJ40? I want to get some ARBs. I have one new in the box and one in my diff with about 200 miles on it.
How about:
New in box: $250
Nearly new in rear diff: $200
Both: $400
plus...
fj40 hardtop
no affiliation. Two sets of ambulance doors. Looks like a good deal for someone with a later 40. I just don't feel like retrofitting my older 40.

Gray leather seats from 01 LC 100. Great shape. One small tear on back, see photo. Is $100 too much? Buyer to pay shipping.

Working on a rear disc conversion using the Monte Carlo calipers using TSM mounting brackets:

Since the bleeder valve sits low on the caliper their method of bleeding is to remove the caliper and hold it with the bleeder valve elevated.

Just bought a 2001 Land Cruiser and wanted to erase old keys and create a couple of new masters.
I was about to order some key blanks from Ebay, but didn't want the hassle of the keys possibly not working.
I found a local mobile locksmith here in San Diego. He came out with a fancy machine...
or is this a third party set up? The owner's manual doesn't mention it, and it appears slightly different from ones that I have seen here.
It also has a CD changer located in the center console, does it appear stock?
It appears the previous owner was prone to taking left turns way too fast!:p
That or he installed the emblem too far right.
How is the emblem installed on the rear hatch? Are there holes that secure it, or is it glued, or held on by the attraction of the flux capacitor?
What is the best way...
A buddy was going through his garage and found some OME springs and shocks. He believes that they are for an 80, but he also thought they would work on a 100.
He has:
(2) 863J
(2) 852
(2) N73
(2) N74E
Are those strictly for the 80 series, or did I luck out?

Hello all,
I normally lurk over in the 40 section, but since I have a new (to me) 100 series I've been spending sometime here. I saw a thread on master keys and it was mentioned that there was a security light below the Nav unit that would turn off when the master key was placed in the...
check out the thread that I posted in the Trails/Events section:

I've been in contact with a person that is gauging the interest in an off road park in northern San Diego county. The possible location is near Valley Center.
Here is his description from Pirate:
approximately 1260 acre (1 x 2 miles) with on site trailer hookups and LOTS of rocks and some...
I have been running a set of 33's on 15 inch rims. I just got a set of 315/75R16s so I will need to get some 16 in rims. Can anyone recommend the proper back spacing?
And any suggestions on where to pick up some 16 in wheels?
I just removed my Weber and installed an Aisin carb (thanks Jim C!) I also tracked down a stock air filter canister and mounting bracket, only to find out that it will not fit with my power steering pump! So I am looking for other options. Here are some that I have given some thought, please...
I am looking for bows for a Bestop Supertop as seen here:

I am also looking for some twin sticks, and a skid plate for FJ40.
Located in San Diego, CA
I need to replace some gauges so I figured that I would replace them all at one time. I picked up a Trail Candy plate, which looks awesome. I am thinking about this set from Autometer:

My FJ 40 came to me without a skid plate. I bought one from Craigslist that was supposed to be for an FJ40. However the width appears to be too wide for my chassis.
The skid plate is about 37 inches from bolt hole to bolt hole. My chassis is about 32 inches wide. Could this plate be for a...
