    SOLD Tulsa, OK 1996 LX450 3x Locked 185k Miles

My apologies to everyone who messaged. The amount of attention this received reminded me of why I bought it in the first place, and how hard it was to find. I’m going to hold off on the sale for now.

    SOLD  Tulsa, OK 1996 LX450 3x Locked 185k Miles

I purchased this in March of 2022 - then found out my wife was pregnant in April of 2022. The plan was to fix the motor issues and then build it into an overland rig. The wife has a short list of upgrades to make it more comfortable, so here's what I'll be tackling next: New Sony head unit with carplay New speakers BH3D double cup...

Another 1FZFE with Ticking Sound! 96 LX450 with 181,000 Miles (Video included)

Thought I'd update for anyone else dealing with the knock sensor code. I ended up biting the bullet and ordering a genuine Toyota 89615-30050 from partsouq. It cost about $125 including shipping. No codes after about 300 miles of driving.

Another 1FZFE with Ticking Sound! 96 LX450 with 181,000 Miles (Video included)

It runs great. I have about 1,500 miles on it since the rebuild. The 1,000 mile break-in oil change looked perfect. I still need to get a sample sent off to blackstone. The only problem I've been having is still the P0330 knock sensor. I think it's because I haven't spent the $$$ on an OEM...
