    Steering Wobble Post 35's

Take a file or a grinder and file the high points on the front hub. I had this issue when trying to run Bora spacers and aftermarket wheels. They wouldn't seat on either front wheel properly. I took a grinder to some high spots and was able to get them on no problem. Here's a thread...

Front Differential Bushing Replacement - the Easy way!

I was able to get it! Did exactly what you did, got a long cheater bar and pushed with my feet and it broke loose! Thanks for the tip.

Front Differential Bushing Replacement - the Easy way!

Good to know about the top nut. I'll give it a shot. After stripping that other bolt hole, I'm worried about snapping the bolt. 😂

Front Differential Bushing Replacement - the Easy way!

Well my front bushing was shot, and I managed to swap it over the weekend. But I could really use some help with the rear bushing/mount in the photo below. To start it off, when I went to put the bolts back in, I managed to strip the left bolt hole. I tried to clean out the thread with a tap...

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Anyone know what this part is? Fell out while I was removing the front diff bushing. Also, removed the bushing within 15 mins. I cannot get the new one in so I called it a night and will try again tomorrow.

New LC 100 Owner- Intro/First Post

Looking good! I picked up my first LC about a year ago. Georgia owned, white, 219k, great history. It had some bad steering issues/wobble. Toyota misdiagnosed it and wanted about $5k to replace a steering angle sensor and a skid ecu. I knew it wasn't that so I put in a new steering rack and CVs...

Another Power Door Lock Issue Thread

That sensor was available by itself last year when I fixed mine, however I ended up not needing it. I tried to find the part # today but didn't have much luck. If I can find it, I'll send it. It may be buried in a thread here somewhere.

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Today I re-indexed my DS torsion bar and cut down the pinch welds.

The MUD 100 series Photos thread

Progress! OME 2866 springs, OEM shocks, Bora 1.25in spacers, Alpha Echos and K02s. My wife says it's too high to put our boy in his carseat, so looks like next up is sliders!

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Are the instructions in the FAQ the best ones? They confused the heck out of me. 😂 Definitely want to figure it out this week! PM me if you got any tips. Thanks!

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

OME 2866 Coil Springs, & rear shocks finished up. Torsion bars were unfortunately pretty much maxed out, so I have to figure out how to re-index them or live with 2in of rake.

Location of power door lock relay? - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/location-of-power-door-lock-relay.612433/ Check out this thread. There are quite a few others you can search as well. Hopefully, one of them is related to your issue.

Rear Spring Recommendation for LC 100 '03

Question on the 2866 springs: I'm about to install them today and realized they aren't marked and there is no difference in height between right and left, like a lot of other springs. Does yours sit higher on the passenger side after install?

Another Power Door Lock Issue Thread

Yeah, it’s most likely connected to the drivers side door but who knows. I’d try to follow the wiring and see if you can find any breaks near the grommet. Maybe a fuse or relay as well. Follow up when you figure it out you can disconnect the loud alarm horn in the meantime.

Another Power Door Lock Issue Thread

I experienced all of the above issues. Replaced the actuator motors, didn't fix it. This yellow sensor was the issue for me. It wasn't catching on the lock so it wouldn't send a signal to the other doors. Fob wouldn't work either. I cleaned it up and zip-tied it tight. Haven't had an issue...

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

New front OEM shocks and Bora wheel spacers today. Both ended up being a pain. Tried every method on the top bolt; penetrating oil (for 3 days), vice grips, blow torch, old school leather belt trick, eventually just cut the top bolts off. Spacers didn't fit but through some good advice here, I...

    Bora Spacer Fitment Issues

Thanks for the tips everyone. I cleaned up the hubs and had to grind down a few high spots. They went right on!

    Bora Spacer Fitment Issues

This is good. I was wondering if it had anything to do with my hubs. I'll look over them and try this!

    Bora Spacer Fitment Issues

Haha They look like the perfect fit, but they aren't going on. I'm probably at over 25 attempts now. I tried yesterday and some more today. Gonna get a friend to try, maybe I'm doing something wrong. But how hard it's supposed to be to get the spacer to fit? 😂 I'll follow up with Bora's response.

    Bora Spacer Fitment Issues

Yeah, I've rotated each spacer 5 times on each wheel. I'm going to try some more and see what Bora says. If it works, I'll definitely mark it!
