My weather app says it's looking like scattered showers throughout the weekend. Anyone else getting the same weather prediction? My weather app is a hit and miss and I'd like to plan accordingly lol.
I've not been on this trip before so I have a question about possible water crossings. Are there any and if so how deep? On the fence with leaving doors off or not....
I would not be to concerned about clip part numbers, I have always been able to find them at parts stores if you need them. Typically, I will use a panel clip pry tool and I very rarely break door panel clips.

Unfortunately it has not, we have gotten SLAMMED with customer projects like this BJ40 restoration and multiple 40 restos (we are about to wrap it up)
Hopefully one of these days I will get a chance to spend some time with the 55 and get it going. looks like it needs some very simple tune up...
I was looking at rebuilding them, because I thought I was going to have to rebuild ours. If I remember right I was able to find bearings that would work for a fan clutch style pump. Try part number 054-024F-1B-1 from SOR. It looks like it could be for a fan clutch setup.

You are correct on that being a 3B pump! I ordered the pump based upon year of the truck only to figure out someone has tub swapped this truck somewhere down the line :doh:
The 1 B in the truck did not have a fan with a clutch.
Got her assembled and back together mostly.

@Zenwithin Thanks for the help! I was able to find one new from SOR, The only tricky part was the fitting for the heater hose outlet. which they ended up having on a used truck.

If the vehicle is full time 4wd (AWD) it will roll with a single broken birf. It will also not move anywhere under its own power unless the T-case is locked. Best way to imagine it is having and open diff in the tcase and an open diff in the front axle. Open diffs send power to the wheel with...
