I spent two days trying to get my pitman arm off my 75 FJ40. Had the standard puller, heat, and an impact wrench. No luck. I bought a new puller and with heat and impact wrench it finally came off. Here’s the puller I bought.
I just bought a 1975 FJ40. The front fender wells were repaired and the turn signal holes were patched i.e. they're no longer there. Trying to find out the location of the turn signal holes relative to the front edge of the fender and the vertical side of the engine compartment.
