    The old rear sill repair. Overall happy with the real steel panels. They needed quite a bit of modification to fit but good enough for this cruiser.

    Fast forward to 2022 and the truck has a 3.0 turbo six, Marlin duals and the usual mini truck stuff.

    Getting back to the good old forums days with this final version on my mini truck build. Story is I left a note on this truck 18 years ago asking to purchase. The next day I got a call saying the owner was planning to trade it in for $2500. I offered him $2600 and we had a deal.

    Those are 16” oem split rims and bias rubber take offs from mine trucks. They measure around 32” tall. I borrowed them from a friend for mock-up. They look amazing but ride terrible.

    All I have is what’s attached to the doors still. Looks like a metal rail at the top…this won’t see much cold weather action anyway so I’ll probably leave the doors bare.

    The door cards were scrap unfortunately. I don’t think they would be hard to re creat though.

    And this brings everything up to date. Please excuse the huge photo dump. This winter I’ll be focusing on fixing the rear sill and barn doors.
