    lx570 rides stiff

Would shot UCAs be possible? shocks? I have the same problem, started with accumulators replacement and didn't help.

    LX570 AHC Globe/Accumulator failure

Well after replacement, the ride still sucks. Thoughts? Don't know where to go next, but growing tired of the ride, every road bump reverbs through. New tires, PSI good. Accumulators replaced, bled several times after

    LX570 AHC Globe/Accumulator failure

Failures seem few and far between, which I'll admit is odd (but good). Not sure a delete is possible in the 200s as of yet, lots of talk about it though.

Thanks, not that I can tell, undercarriage is in great shape!

    LX570 AHC Globe/Accumulator failure

I'll check again, but didn't notice anything. If the shock tubes were the culprits, wouldn't it cause (long term) hydraulic pressure loss and a complete failure of the AHC? It still raises, lowers, and adjusts, which leads me to think the system is still able to pressurize. My thought is; if...

    LX570 AHC Globe/Accumulator failure

The tech didn't specify but recommended all 4 given the contaminants now floating around. We'll see when I pull them. In my opinion, the front is shot and the back is squirrely too, so all 4 isn't surprising. Very well could be. I was almost positive that the 60k fluid replacement had been...

    LX570 AHC Globe/Accumulator failure

Thanks, hadn't noticed those in the schematic before. Lots of fluid ready to go, imagine there's a lot of nitrogen and contamination floating around if all 4 really ruptured, so will be bleeding a lot. Agreed, $1k isn't terrible. the $5400 quote was pretty shocking though! I imagine most folks...

    LX570 AHC Globe/Accumulator failure

2013 LX, 86k miles. Ride has been terrible lately at low speeds, seemingly no damping occurring. Almost scary at highway speeds over bumps. Tech confirmed globes were ruptured, said he hadn't seen a LX this 'new' with this failure. Quote was $5400 ($3600 parts--globes x4). Found the globes...

Looking for Vinyl overlays to cover wood accents on interior trim

Start with the simplest piece you can find to get your feet wet. Radii and complex corners are the true tests of one’s patience 😂😢 Good luck, let me know if you have any questions. I watched a lot of YouTube videos midway through and realized I wasn’t using enough heat. So...don’t do what I did...

Looking for Vinyl overlays to cover wood accents on interior trim

Thanks! Lots of patience and a heat gun 😂 The pieces all pop out with a little coaxing, then it’s just disassemble, wrap, reassemble. I struggled a few times because while it’s stretchy under heat, it also changes the pattern of the vinyl ( the brushed steel especially) and I’m too much of a...

Looking for Vinyl overlays to cover wood accents on interior trim

I just did this on my LX. Took some time but I much prefer it to the scratched up wood veneer.

What is this part and can I buy it online anywhere?

I just did that piece (and the rest of the wood trim) in ‘brushed steel’ vinyl. Came out looking great. $20 and an hour of your time (there is a learning curve with vinyl for sure).
