@Eyedaho is this the spare plug with jumper you’re referring to? If so, one just needs to unplug the Yellow box and use this in its place and the speedo is back to factory settings?
Great information! I was considering higher end lights such as JW speaker or KC but was not aware of the heated versions and why one would need heated. Snow and ice conditions are definitely a factor for me, so no matter what light I go with, make sure it's at least heated...gotcha 👍
I was on the thread for this set up and was trying to get input, maybe you could help. How would you rate the light output of the 7" versus OE headlights? Any pros or cons? Thanks!
I have an 06 LC that I was looking into getting the grill and 7" light option. Can anyone who has the light setup tell me the pros/cons versus OE lights? Obviously this can vary greatly by which lights one buys, but brand/type of lights and any night driving pics would be extra awesome!
One thing I will mention...if your budget allows, try getting into a 2003 or newer. This is when the 5 speed transmissions were installed. I mainly say this because you state it’s going to be your daily driver but there are other obvious benefits as well.
Wonder if it’s still worth it if I plan on throwing my stock rims and tires on during the winter season? If so, would you just unplug it and plug the stock connection back in? Also, I’m assuming it would need to be re-programmed back in the spring when I put my RW’s back on.
Apologies to OP if...
Have my new one in hand, still debating if it’s worth taking the time to install as I’m only about 5.5% off. Good to know about the minimal delay.
EDIT: Trying to get any answers through their customer service was long and left a lot to be desired.

Seems like there is now probably air in the system and is most likely causing your issue. I would search the site how to purge the air and re-introduce the fluid back in. If all else fails, @PADDO is the guru.
