    Thanks Andy! After doing some research and talking to people, I am 100% set on getting a Warn winch. I am going with the VR EVO 12-S. My local preferred shop is a Warn dealer and I have already made arrangements to get it installed there.

    Haha.. I wish I knew but all I know is that I need to fix this right away I believe it is causing me some alternator issues. At the very least, I believe it is causing some noises... and I hate noises.

They do not appear to be damaged or worn in any way and they only have a few hundred miles on them in this configuration.     Belts were changed about a month ago with OEM belts from Wits End. Thanks for the part number.. if possible I am only purchasing genuine OEM parts. The alternator is one of the only things left that’s not.
