    Because I do Have a full drive train out of a 94 80 series engine and transmission but idk what would be better the sniper kit or try to see if any one wants to do tht swap or if it’s even possible or the cost of the swap lol. What top speed did you get with your F series with the sniper ?

    I’m running stock carb and trying to see if the sniper is worth it. Enough to solve all those issues with out doing an engine swap. Because I can’t afford abs engine swap right now but I can afford a sniper kit.

    Well mine here in the city runs just fine. It goes up to 60 mph on a straight road the only issue here is the smell lol. My biggest issue is when I take it off roading.     How did the 1F run with it? Was it worth it with the 3 speed transmission? Or should I just save up some more and do a swap on it. Honestly I can’t afford a V8 swap. But I would like to drive it some more and the way it runs now is just not cutting it for me.

    Thx for the info. She is getting close to 300 thousand miles still with original head gasket she’s also been pushing 40 in tires for a year now. So it’s worth a try and see if I see any difference.

    Well Thts all I needed to know. Gonna do the next oil change with Mobil delvac 1300. Right now I’m using Castrol 10w40 high mileage and it’s using about 1.5 quarts at 3000 miles. So we’ll see the difference

    What about Mobil delvac 15w40? Any body has something to say about that one? Only ask because I run tht in my semi and it’s super cheap at Sam’s club. It’s great in my Cummins engine run it 15k no problems and I would like to try it in my 80s.
