    Rear shock removal

I decided to have all 4 shocks rebuilt and was pressed for time, so I had my mechanic remove them for me. Not sure if he had to disconnect the rear sway bar or not. I believe he was able to just rotate the rear shock guard out of the way.

Good point! Thanks. Any thoughts on whether I will need to disconnect the rear sway bar to remove the rear shocks?

    Rear shock removal

Time for a shock rebuild. Does anyone know if I will have to remove my Budbuilt rear shock guards to be able to remove my rear shocks? Also, I know I would need to disconnect the rear sway bar if I were removing the rear springs, but do I also need to do that if I am just removing the rear...

Shops in Tucson AZ that might be able to put sliders on.

SDHQ (Super Duty Headquarters) in Gilbert, AZ recently released sliders they manufacture for the 200-series (SDHQ - Your Motorsports Headquarters - https://sdhqoffroad.com). The owner of SDQH has a 200-series, so they have some other 200-series products they have developed. I have seen them in...

    Group Garage Space - Interest?

Here are a couple pics. Running boards are now off, some ditch lights and some Bud Built and Trail Tailor armor are now on. Just changed all interior light builds, license plate lights and reverse lights to LED. Quick/easy and cheap upgrade that makes a big difference. Bud Built rock sliders...

Thanks for the pictures! Looks like the skids would definitely cause someone looking to cut off the catalytic converter to move on to an easier target.

200 Series Skid Plates - pics and install notes

Am I correct that most skid plate options cover the catalytic converter? A friend with a 100-series LC just had a catalytic converter stolen. Apparently, some meth-head cut it off with a sawzall while it was parked at the hospital he works at. They tried to get both, but only got one. Will be...

Builds 2016 LC Build - DFW TX

Found the pic of where SDHQ, a shop in AZ, installed the rear remote Icon reservoirs on a 200-series build they did. Mounted on the frame, behind the rear wheel.

Builds 2016 LC Build - DFW TX

Thanks for the details. Greatly appreciated! I have seen a couple people relocate the reservoirs on the frame, behind the rear wheel. SDHQ, a shop in Gilbert, AZ, did that with a 200-series they installed the Icon lift and sliders on. Rear wheel arch frame certainly seems like an option as...

Builds 2016 LC Build - DFW TX

I have the same BudBuilt sliders I am getting ready to install and will also have to deal with relocating my rear Icon remote reservoirs. Would you mind posting a few pictures showing where you relocated them and any tips for that part of the job? Thanks!

3rd row wheel well covers - need test vehicle

I would be interested in a set as well. Hole to allow access to a ring I installed on one of the bolts, for tie down, would be nice. Could easily Dremel a hole on my own, however.
