Few questions on the alu version of your Zerk front bumper. And by the way, I really like the new Zerk design, and nice to have an alu version now!
1. What is the approximative weight of the metal version, and what do you expect for the aluminums one?
2. I'm guessing that the 2 side holes on...
Hunter mountain is no problem with less than a foot of snow on the trail as-of last week. Just another option if you don’t want to have fun on Lippincot 😏
Went from KO to KM3 (33x10.5 R15) in August and I'm super stocked with them. As quiet/loud as KO. Great on the road, rock, sand and snow (bunch of offload trips to the Sierras and Death Valley). Did not experience mud yet. Grip is fantastic and nothing to say about on-road manners. But I only...
Furnace Creek has a big fancy resort. Better to get gas at Beaty in NV (and you can visit the weird Rhyolite site). In that case, do Echo canyon and then go down and all across the flat along 95 to finish at Beatty. You can also do the same by wheeling over Chloride Cliff.
At the end of the week...
That is the temp of Furnace Creek which is always hotter and as no snow issue. When looking at the North of DV you need to take a look at Panamint Springs or Big Pine forecast. Even though Panamint is also going to be in the upper 60's that trail is in the shadow and start at the summit at 8800'...
Yes the trail on the East side is fine and you finish by Lee's flat; from Lee's flat you can go South Path, Hunter Mountain or back to 190. But do not expect to do it now in March as it is going to have a lot of snow. The first week of January (see attached photo; just before the summit arriving...

When Marty was too busy I brought my truck (for things I can't do) to their shop. They deal with a lot of old classic cars. They also maintain the HD61...
Go see Marty at Santa Cruz Imported Truck. They are open tomorrow but are closed weekends and Monday.
Its a family affair; they are toyota gear heads (Marty, the owner, has an 80 too); and most importantly super honest. I highly recommend them.

Put me on a set for a FJ60 (and if possible black power coated but not deal breaker for sure).
@reevesci let me know if you need a deposit or full payment before you start the 60 series batch. But from K post on the first page, we might only be 3 or 4 so far...not really enough to start a batch...
No worries between startup and 2 young kiddos I know the drill!
I just ordered this week a bumper from Luke and I'm going to ask him to add the foldable table support as I completely forgot to request one and seeing your photo reminded me of it.
Got the new KM3s few weeks ago (previous were original KOs) and so far they are fine. Need more testing as only tested them mostly on sand/dirt where they did grip well (but it was not hard stuff). "silent", I drive a 60 haha, on highway commute; more exactly not noisier then the original KOs...
