My plan is to paint it for appearance and then have it coated with some lanolin based undercoating before each rainy season. The blaster can do POR15 or other similar paints/coatings after dry ice blasting.
I'm having my truck dry ice blasted in the next few weeks.. will update with photos.
It's $900 to blast the entire undercarriage and paint. The before/after's I've seen are pretty damn great.. and you don't have sand/media stuck in your frame rails/nooks/crannies forever.
I'm swapping in a LS motor and have the 2f + H42 available.
The motor was running great, but had an oil leak or two. Everything in front of the transfer case included.

I'm not the best guy to answer this question and may have taken the linkage too far apart.. but the little half circle clips at the end of the rods just spring out to release the balls.

I'm replacing the intake/exhaust manifold gasket on my recently acquired fj60. My chilton manual sucks and I can't figure out how to disconnect my throttle. I have the two pins out. Any help?
(I have one bar of 4g on my phone, makes searching hard to impossible.)
