Thanks! They are S2 Sports - I made a bracket that utilized the turn signal mounting holes and made some filler pieces with some scraps I had laying around.
Hello! Sadly, I was not in Moab that weekend.
I lost track but I think I spent less than $1.5k. My biggest requirement was the low profile of my tent so I can fit in a 7’ garage. The one I made is only 3” above the already low profile Bowfin.
No plans for my build kinda just winged it from RipCords build and adjusted sizes as necessary

It’s a homegrown RTT

No build thread but I did reference Ripcord’s thread extensively. I didn’t have any real plans, just kind of winged it with many many orders from McMaster Carr and Tnutz
I plan on a build thread once I make a couple more tweaks
Used the rack as a base for my low profile DIY tent. The tent is 3” above the cross bars (4” overall thickness) and maximized the full length and width (80x51”).
I saw that right before my build and seriously considered it or the platform tent. Ultimately it didn’t look like I would fit my garage with either using their 80 mounts.
Thanks! The large windows were a last minute design change since I was flip flopping on having the windows zip up or down and in the process saw that no other tent had as big of a view as I thought was possible.
I lost count but I would guess around $1500 not including the rack. I would have bought one if someone made a low profile tent (~4”) that allowed me to still park in my garage.
