I have checked the timing, new plugs, wires, coil, (recent desmog) newish cat. new muffler. Here are my numbers, but the top one is the newest. I did the lean idle adj. and maybe that helped?

We bought an 1987 Fj60 last week!
it ran rough all the way home and during the test drive.
the issue: it starts but runs rough.
i found out that when i pull the #6 wire the RPM's go up significantly.
i do hear an exhaust leak could that cause it?
